Asphalt repair works when failures are isolated, like potholes or cracked sections with a sound base beneath. Full resurfacing is needed when cracking, base failure, or drainage problems are widespread. Our project managers assess every site before recommending either.
A properly executed asphalt repair lasts 10 or more years. Repairs done without correcting underlying drainage or base problems fail again within one or two seasons.
